2 Premium Membership Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: All premium membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

No Refund Scenarios: By purchasing a premium membership, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for:

Why No Refunds? As a digital service provider, we incur immediate costs upon providing access. Once premium features are made available, we cannot reverse the service provision, making refunds technically and commercially impractical.

3 Digital Products & Services

Digital Downloads: For digital products (reports, whitepapers, templates) sold separately from membership:

Before Download/Access: Full refund available within 24 hours if you haven't downloaded or accessed the content

After Download/Access: No refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded

Technical Issues: We'll provide alternative access methods if there are download problems from our end

Content Quality Concerns: If you believe a digital product is significantly misrepresented, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll review the case and may offer a replacement product or partial credit at our discretion.

4 Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your premium membership at any time:

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect immediately
  • Access Duration: You retain premium access until your current paid period ends
  • No Prorated Refunds: No refunds for unused time in your current period
  • Future Billing: No further charges if you cancel before renewal

How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation request through:

  • Your account dashboard under "Membership Settings"
  • Email to: support@alexispath.com with subject "Membership Cancellation"
  • Include your username and registered email address

Auto-Renewal Note: Our premium membership does NOT auto-renew. Each payment is for a single 30-day period only. No automatic charges will occur after your membership expires.

5 Exception Cases (Refund Eligibility)

In extremely rare cases, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion:

Important: Refund consideration is NOT a guarantee of refund. Each case is reviewed individually and decisions are final. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  2. Our team reviews within 5-7 business days
  3. If approved, refund processed within 10-14 business days
  4. Refunds issued to original payment method only
  5. Membership immediately terminated upon refund approval

6 Consumer Rights & Legal Compliance

Digital Content Regulations: Our no-refund policy complies with applicable digital content regulations:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU customers)
  • Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (for Indian customers)
  • US State-specific digital goods regulations

Legal Basis for No Refunds: Digital services with immediate access fall under "services performed with consumer's prior express consent" where withdrawal rights don't apply once performance has begun.

Right to Withdraw (Cooling-off Period): For digital content not supplied on tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing withdrawal rights.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe our policy violates your local consumer protection laws:

  2. We'll review and respond within 10 business days
  3. If unresolved, you may contact consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction

7 Technical Issues & Support Resolution

Problem Resolution (Alternative to Refunds): Instead of refunds for technical issues, we provide:

Priority support to resolve access issues

Service Credits

Credit toward future purchases in exceptional cases

Reporting Technical Issues: Contact support immediately if you experience:

  • Complete inability to access premium features for >24 hours
  • Critical functionality not working as described
  • Security or privacy concerns with the service

8 Policy Updates & Communication

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund and return policy at any time.

Effective Date: Policy changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Grandfathering: Policy changes do not affect purchases made before the change date, unless the change provides additional consumer benefits.

Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
