This platform was Created/Developed/Founded by Chiman Soni, a dedicated Company Secretary (CS) Executive student at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Chiman brings a unique combination of skills to this initiative:
- Legal Education: Currently pursuing CS Executive program at ICSI with deep understanding of corporate laws
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in website development and cybersecurity implementation
- Practical Knowledge: Combines legal theory with technical implementation skills
