1 Premium Membership Overview

Premium Membership is a subscription-based service offered by Corporate Law Insights & Analysis that provides enhanced features and benefits to registered users for a specified period.

Membership Period: Each premium membership subscription is valid for 30 days (1 month) from the date of activation. Membership does not automatically renew unless explicitly opted in for auto-renewal.

Purpose: Premium membership is designed to enhance your experience on our platform while supporting the continued development and maintenance of our legal education resources.

2 Membership Features & Benefits

Premium members receive exclusive access to the following features:

Ad-Free Experience

Complete removal of advertisements and sponsored content from your browsing experience

Premium Member Badge

Exclusive "Premium Member" badge displayed on your profile and comments

Priority Access

Early access to new articles, legal analyses, and exclusive content

Enhanced Features

Access to advanced reading tools, analytics, and download capabilities

Feature Updates: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove premium features with prior notice to members.

3 Subscription Fees & Payment Terms

Minimum Access Fee: Premium membership requires payment of a minimum access fee based on your selected currency:

No Maximum Limit: You may pay any amount above the minimum for your selected currency. Higher amounts are accepted but do not extend the 30-day membership period.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed in compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Non-Refundable Policy: All premium membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Early cancellation of membership
Non-usage of premium features
Dissatisfaction with content or features
Technical issues on user's device
Change of mind after payment

4 Membership Activation & Duration

Activation: Premium membership is activated immediately upon successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your membership details.

Duration: Each premium membership is valid for exactly 30 calendar days from the activation date and time.

Expiration: Upon expiration, all premium features will be automatically disabled. Your account will revert to standard (free) user status.

Renewal: Premium membership does not auto-renew. To continue premium access, you must manually initiate a new payment after expiration.

Notification: We will send reminder notifications 3 days and 1 day before your membership expires. These notifications are a courtesy service, and failure to receive them does not extend your membership period.

5 Account & Usage Terms

Account Requirement: Premium membership requires a registered account on Corporate Law Insights & Analysis. Membership is tied to your specific account and cannot be transferred.

Single User License: Each premium membership is valid for one user only. Sharing login credentials to provide premium access to others is strictly prohibited.

Usage Restrictions: Premium members agree not to:

Share account access with non-members
Use premium features for commercial purposes without authorization
Attempt to bypass, modify, or interfere with premium feature restrictions
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit premium content
Use automated systems to access premium features

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate premium membership without refund if you violate these usage terms.

6 Platform Funding & Revenue Use

Revenue Sources: Corporate Law Insights & Analysis is funded through multiple sources including:

Premium membership subscriptions
Digital advertising on free sections
Educational sponsorships and partnerships
Founder's personal investment
Affiliate marketing programs
Content syndication and licensing

Revenue Allocation: All revenue generated, including premium membership fees, is reinvested into:

Platform hosting and infrastructure costs
Content creation and expert compensation
Cybersecurity and data protection measures
Feature development and platform improvements
Legal compliance and regulatory requirements

Transparency Commitment: We maintain a clear separation between revenue generation and editorial content. All sponsored content is clearly marked, and our legal analysis remains independent and unbiased.

7 Technical Requirements & Support

System Requirements: Premium features require a compatible web browser with JavaScript enabled. Some features may require additional browser capabilities.

Technical Issues: We strive to maintain 99% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect premium features.

Support Services: Premium members receive priority support through our helpdesk system. Response times may vary based on issue complexity.

No Service Guarantee: While we make every effort to provide reliable premium services, we do not guarantee specific uptime percentages, feature availability, or support response times. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

8 Changes to Terms & Membership

Terms Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Premium Membership Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

Notification: Significant changes to terms will be communicated to active premium members via email. Continued use of premium features after changes constitutes acceptance.

Pricing Changes: Changes to membership fees will not affect current active memberships. New pricing applies only to new subscriptions and renewals after the effective date.

Feature Changes: We may add, modify, or remove premium features with reasonable notice to members. Significant feature reductions may qualify affected members for alternative arrangements at our discretion.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Premium Membership Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana, India.

Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, members agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support channels. Formal legal action may only be pursued after reasonable attempts at resolution.

Class Action Waiver: Members agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
