Welcome to Corporate Law Insights & Analysis Author Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation as an author/contributor on our platform. By registering as an author, you agree to comply with these terms.
DO NOT REGISTER if you do not agree with any of these terms. Registration constitutes acceptance of all conditions outlined below.
During registration as an author, you are required to provide:
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. False information may result in account termination.
Provide your professional qualifications (CA, CS, CMA, Advocate, and students.) accurately. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
Use your official business email address (for example: info@yourcompany.com). This email may be visible to the public and used for business communication.
Use your personal email address for login and account recovery. This email will not be visible to the public. It is recommended to use an email address that is not publicly shared or used on other websites.
DO NOT SHARE: Bank account details, credit card information, Aadhaar numbers, or any sensitive financial information. We do not collect or store such information.
The following information from your author profile will be visible to the public:
Your profile picture will be publicly displayed
Your complete name as provided
Your professional biography and qualifications
Your professional email address
Once submitted, you CANNOT EDIT OR ALTER your profile information yourself. To make changes, you must contact our support team at support@alexispath.com with a valid reason for modification.
When submitting articles to our platform, you agree to the following:
Once you write and submit an article, YOU CANNOT DELETE IT from our platform. Articles remain permanently published as part of our educational archive.
Authors must comply with the Copyright Act, 1957 and all applicable intellectual property laws.
If you use any references, statistics, or information from other sources:
If you infringe any copyrighted work, you are HELD PERSONALLY LIABLE as the owner of the infringing content.

We DO NOT PAY any amount against articles. This is a VOLUNTARY BASED platform for knowledge sharing.
We DO NOT CHARGE any amount from authors for publishing articles. Publishing is completely free.
We may run advertisements on the platform. Authors HAVE NO RIGHTS over advertising income.
We accept Membership Fee. Authors HAVE NO RIGHTS over Membership Fee received.
While authors currently have no rights over platform revenue, we MAY CONSIDER sharing a portion of income with active contributors in the future, at our sole discretion. This is not a guarantee or promise.
We take data security seriously and implement the following measures:
All author data is stored in HASHED AND ENCRYPTED form for security

While rare, there are minimal chances of data breaches despite our security measures
WE DO NOT COLLECT any bank account related information. DO NOT SHARE such information through our platform under any circumstances.
